SAKTO WINS BOMA TOBY AWARD
Sakto Corporation was the recipient of the 2006 BOMA BUILDING OF THE YEAR AWARD, in the 100,000 to 249,999 sq ft level. The prestigious TOBY (the Office Building of the Year) awards are based on the Certificate of Excellence program, recognizing quality in buildings and excellence in property management. Now in its seventh year - the Awards Program's ever evolving criteria continues to "raise the bar" for those participating.
TOBY Awards are awarded to the highest scoring Certificate of Excellence building in the various building categories. Buildings are judged on a number of criteria including property management; maintenance, operating costs, security, life safety, energy conservation, environmental programs; tenant retention, community relations; architectural significance and staff development.
